This is the most amazing pie, and the peach pie is delicious!!

Left this as a surprise for my husband; the 5" pie was smaller than I had anticipated, but it was the perfect size for one hungry guy. He tells me the fillings were perfectly cooked and very tasty.

We ordered the 5 inch Beef Bourguignon , Steak & Stout , and Shepherds Pie, with the idea of deciding which one we liked best. Three of us tried all the pies and decided we loved all three of them. We all agreed the Beef Bourguignon was a slight favourite.

An excellent hearty pie, full of beef with the right amount of wine & spice. The crust is so flaky, it’s actually better than mine (gasp!). I initially bought 4 pies from a school fundraiser (chicken pot pie, blueberry goat cheese, raspberry cream, apple crumble). Opened an account and ordered the beef and 2 apple pies. We are customers for life now.

Such a flavourful pie! I love the seasoning & large pieces of beef, not just shredded bits.
I also am happy to report that reheating these pies in the air fryer bring that flaky crust back to life.

We all loved the taste, but my fussy French brother-in-law says it's not quite "bourguignon". Well, whatever, but if you want a tasty beef pie, it is highly recommended.

My coworker and friend both tried this and liked it a lot so unfortunately I guess I will have to order one as well since this place makes the best pies! =)

Guess I'll be spending another $80 on pies since I do a run for friends as well whenever I'm around the Burnaby location.

My 9 year loved the Beef bourguignon pie. Delicious filling and buttery crust. My in-laws loved the pumpkin pie and didn’t complain at all. (Pumpkin pie is a holiday must have for them but personally I hate it.) I was so pleased that this pie met their high standards :)

This was my 3rd trip to the piehole, and I have never been disappointed yet. Worth every penny.

I initially bought the steak and stout pie based on the feedback that this was thyme heavy and my hubby and I aren't huge thyme fans. Steak and stout was great but I still wanted to try this one. Hubby and I both really liked this pie. There is thyme but it wasn't too much for us so I say give it a try!

I got a total of 4 pies here 2 savory and 2 sweets and boy oh boy...I didn't like pies before but this place definitely made me chnage my mind about pies!! It's soooo 😋 delicious. Shared it with a friend and she loves it!

Oh my! 🤩 This is like nothing else I’ve ever eaten in Canada! Unfortunately you’ve ruined me for any other steak pies, so please never stop making this. I’m rushing back to try your other savoury pies as soon as I can….

Bought 3 pies and assorted mini pies. OMG… sooo good!
First, the pecan pumpkin changed my life. I wanted to lick the pie plate!!
Second, chicken pot pie fed our family of four with leftovers.. great for a Monday dinner with a busy family. Everyone loved it
Third, beef pot pie… again- never will I be able to feed my family any other pot pie again!
Lastly, the assortment of mini pies. Brought to a family event and not only was your name a hit but every pie was devoured and every last one was eaten!

Quality fillings and amazing crust as always. This is a hefty pie that will easily feed a family of 4 (probably more, but we're greedy). The saltiness is highest on the first day, but mellows out more on day 2, if you have leftovers. We baked in a convection oven at 350 for 90 minutes on the dot and it came out perfectly.

Trying small versions of many pies to figure out our favourites. Tried the beef bourguignon, pulled pork, korean pork and potato, leek and gruyere this time. Although all were good, the korean pork and pulled pork were the winners. The pulled pork had very little cornbread on top though - we would have liked a thicker layer. Overall, the steak and stout and the chicken pies are my family's favourite savory pies.

I actually made this pie into a stew and it was very nice.

Good but not great (not like the stout and steak) - there was too much thyme (?) in the pie and overwhelmed the rest of the flavours.

Absolutely delicious and contends with the chicken pot pie as my family’s favourite. The crust, as usual, is the best.

Delighted with our introduction to this excellent combination of large tender chunks of beef, several vegetables and tangy spices. A complete balanced meal in itself or combined with a salad. Well worth a try.

The best beef bourguignon pie we've ever had. The crust was particularly amazing - flavourful, crispy and perfect thickness. The beef was perfectly cooked and the flavours were perfectly balanced. It was perfection! I can't wait for the next one.

I could eat this pie every night throughout winter. It is so flavourful and hits all the right notes, especially with a glass of red wine.

Another hit with my son who LOVES beef! He has been asking for more - we will definitely be picking up another soon!

The crust was very good and there was a good amount of beef in the pie but we thought the filling was bland and the taste really wasn't a wow.

Purchased four small pies of different varieties for dinner last night so we were all able to get a taste. They were fabulous and everyone raved about them. Will buy bigger sizes next time

It was very easy to order and make payment online. Also, picking up the pie in the store was fast and straight forward. There was a bigger selection of pies in store than online. It would be nice to be able to see store inventory online.

I recently stocked up on some of the frozen savour pies, and as a student it’s nice to have something you can pop in the oven while you’re doing homework to make dinners or lunches easy. The best part is you know care and effort went into making the pies and the ingredients are whole foods. My current favourite is the Moroccan Chickpea Vegan pie, the hand pies are especially good, because I just love pastry so dang much!

Pie was delicious, nice hunks of beef and a good sauce. And that crust is incredible!

Great pie, notable for a buttery crust and tender beef morcels. It was a bit tricky figuring it exactly how long to bake the pie from frozen, but within our small group of diners there was a former Cook so that helped and the results were a perfectly cooked addition to delicious meal! I'm now looking forward to your inimitable Tourtière in December...

I’ve eaten many different pies, savoury and sweet, from the Pie Hole and overall they are always excellent. The crust is to die for and the flavours are delicious.

We had really high hopes for this pie as bourguignon is one of our favourite dishes but it was ruined by the black pepper in it which overwhelmed the flavour. Only one person in our group who loves black pepper liked it, the rest of us wouldn’t order it again. Those sorts of seasonings are best left for the customer to add in themselves to their own serving.

A great place to get dinner and dessert in just one easy stop. Great pies and service.

Our son and his family will spend 3 weeks at a country cottage so we will miss his birthday. The two pies we bought frozen will be our contribution to his birthday party as there are no others of that quality available.

The beef bourguignon pie was excellent as always! It was a nice treat of a dinner with a side veg for us. Can’t get enough of that buttery crust!! So nice and thick already but still crave for more :)

Omg the Beef Bourguignon pie reminded me of Julia Child’s Beef Bourguignon that my mom would make me as a child. It was perfect for a rainy day when all you want is something to comfort you while you’re sitting in your pjs.

The Beef Bourguignon pie was delicious. Meat was tender, nice flavour. Could taste the butter in the crust. First time trying the Pie Hole... did not disappoint! Also tried the Key Lime Pie, which was pretty much perfect. Great cappuccino too!

I ordered the frozen hand pies for a quick and easy dinner option. The pie was great, with the exception of some cuts of beef that were mostly fat. Adding a bit more filling to be hand pie would make it better as well for the ratio of filing to pie.

I bought 2 sweet & 1 savory pies last weekend (sour cherry, raspberry cream & beef bourguignon) and they were all delicious. The fillings were tasty & the pie crusts were flaky. The pies did not disappoint.

Firts hand the presentation of the pie is crafted with awesome design that is supplemented with a flaky buttery crust, a puff pastry in its finest detail. Generous amount of tender chunky beef (they dont skimp on ingredients!) along with a savoury sauce that takes this pie to the next level..just having a slice of it, I know its a step up from the usual pie.

The beef bourginon pie was generously filled with ample amounts of beef and a hearty stew. The crust was flaky and buttery. All in all, an excellent savory pie!

I don't like savoury pies. Or at least that's what I thought until I got this Beef Bourguignon pie for my girlfriend's birthday. Delicious. Just so good. Quality tender beef. Robust, rich flavour. And the most delicate flakey crust with a touch of sweetness. Highly recommend.
